Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging Lighthouse Travel Group to plan your travel, you agree to the terms described below.

Effective date: June 9, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 17, 2026

Section 1

Our Services

Lighthouse Travel Group ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent luxury travel agency specializing in cruise and resort vacation planning. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers including cruise lines, resort properties, airlines, and ground transportation providers.

Our services include consultation, itinerary planning, booking coordination, and ongoing support throughout your travel experience. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers.

Section 2

Bookings & Payments

All travel bookings are made on your behalf with third-party suppliers. Prices, availability, and terms are set by those suppliers and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received.

Deposits and final payments are due according to the supplier's schedule, which we will communicate to you clearly at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation by the supplier.

All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or changes in supplier pricing after a booking is confirmed.

Section 3

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are communicated at the time of booking. Many luxury cruise and resort bookings carry non-refundable deposits and tiered cancellation penalties that increase as the departure date approaches.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. We can assist you in selecting appropriate coverage.

Our agency service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once planning work has commenced.

Section 4

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage all clients to purchase travel insurance. While we can provide information about insurance options, the decision to purchase and the selection of coverage is entirely your responsibility.

Lighthouse Travel Group is not liable for losses that would have been covered by travel insurance had you chosen to purchase it.

Section 5

Supplier Terms & Conditions

All travel services are provided by independent suppliers. Your contract for travel services is with those suppliers, not with Lighthouse Travel Group. Each supplier has its own terms and conditions, which govern your booking.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any supplier, including changes to itineraries, service quality, or cancellations initiated by the supplier. In such cases, we will advocate on your behalf to the fullest extent possible.

Section 6

Limitation of Liability

Lighthouse Travel Group acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from travel services provided by third-party suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the agency fees paid to us in connection with the affected booking.
